At Bellzi, we want you to love your new plush companions, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, un-played-with condition. If your order isn't quite right, our team is here to help make it right with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Bellzi items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is clean.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
